I. Product & Compliance

1. What international certifications do your fishing tackle products have?
   Answer: Our core products are all certified with CE (mandatory for the EU market), FDA (applicable for the US market) and comply with the ISO 12217 standard. Carbon fiber products come with a certificate of origin (including component specifications), and bait products are provided with MSDS safety test reports, fully meeting the compliance requirements of target markets.
2. Do you provide customized product services?
   Answer: We offer B2B customization services such as logo printing, specification adjustment and function customization. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product category: the MOQ for fishing rods is 50 units, and 100 units for accessories. The customization lead time is 7–15 working days.
3. Is there any intellectual property (IP) risk associated with the products?
   Answer: All product designs are independently developed and patented. We strictly avoid technical infringement of brands like Daiwa and Shimano, and can provide patent certification documents to ensure no IP concerns for buyers.
4. What types of fishing tackle are prohibited from sale?
   Answer: We strictly abide by the laws and regulations of various countries and do not sell prohibited products such as electric fishing devices and chemical fish attractants. All products are marked with production license numbers, and we never supply unbranded, uncertified, and unwarranted fishing tackle.

II. Order & Payment

1. What payment methods do you support?
   Answer: We mainly support T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Stripe and Alipay Global. The standard payment term is 30% deposit upon signing the contract, with the balance paid before shipment. For large-value orders, installment payment plans can be negotiated.
2. Does the price include customs duties and VAT?
   Answer: All quotes are EXW (Ex Works) prices, excluding customs duties, VAT and customs clearance fees. We can assist in providing commercial invoices and other customs clearance documents. For countries with high tariffs (e.g., Brazil), we can offer tariff optimization suggestions.
3. How can I get product quotes and samples?
   Answer: You can send us the product categories, quantities and target markets via email or platform private message, and we will provide accurate quotes within 24 hours. Sample requests are chargeable, but the sample fee can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders. The sample delivery time is 3–5 working days.
4. Can orders be cancelled or modified?
   Answer: Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge before the deposit is paid; if an order is cancelled after the deposit is paid, 10% of the total order amount will be deducted as compensation for production costs. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. We appreciate your understanding.
